Part 2 of 3 in our Foundations of Core Values series: In this FlashCast, we’re setting the wheels in motion for you and your team members to begin aligning core values. We’ll walk you through an interactive activity, which was developed by Dan Gaken of the Central Michigan University Leadership Institute, designed to help identify your non-negotiable values. The activity will also spark some meaningful conversations along the way. We’re providing printable activity tools (attached as episode resources below) to help you through the exercise.
