What’s the cost for Forward Focused group workshops?
Forward Focused group workshops are $750 for a half-day session or $1,500 for a full-day session.

We are committed to strengthening and empowering leaders through our group workshops. The byproduct is a thriving, sustainable organization with a well-balanced workforce and positive company culture. We’ll give your team the tools to achieve this, but ultimately, your results will depend on the effort you put in and how fully you commit to your organization’s growth. In most cases, we recommend more than one workshop session.
Is my organization a good candidate for a workshop?
We’ve led successful workshops for organizations with just a handful of people to more than 300 team members. The topics are tailored to your needs and can include introducing systems, effectively leveraging resources, improving company culture, improving efficiencies and focusing on sustainable growth. If you want to empower people to lead your organization — not just “run” it — you’re a great candidate for our workshops.
How does the process work?
If you’re interested in a Forward Focused workshop, here’s how we’ll get the ball rolling:
1. Take a short, 10-minute initial workshop assessment questionnaire. (Bottom of this page)
2. Then, we’ll schedule an “Exploratory Call” to get a better feel for your organization’s needs.
3. After the call, we’ll email you a Briefing Summary that includes a recommended plan of action for your team.
4. If you like the way the plan sounds, we’ll work with you to get the workshop(s) scheduled.
