About Jon Reusch

Forward Focused founder Jon Reusch is dedicated to helping people thrive through results-driven leadership development. As the current Operating Principal of Keller Williams of Lakeside, his proven strategies helped drive the brokerage’s growth from 220 to 400 agents in three years, earning a position as a Top 50 office of 920 company-wide. 

Along with a passion for serving others, Jon has a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and is a certified MAPS (Mega Agent Productivity Systems) Business & Life Coach. His background includes leadership roles in academic and civic organizations, and involvement in multiple community philanthropic organizations.

About Nick Tracy

Nick Tracy is a Michigan native and the owner-operator of Nick Tracy Real Estate at Keller Williams Lakeside. Nick has served on the Agent Leadership Council for the past 5 years, and is recognized as an agent who embraces the culture KW has to offer. and production awards for units sold and listings taken for solo agents. Today, as an Associate Broker, he brings his record of success for outstanding business practices and client service to the ever-shifting real estate market, helping people flawlessly navigate through the process of buying or selling.  

A committed family man, and devoted father of three, 9, 8, and almost 2. Nick grew up in St. Clair Shores and moved his family to Shelby Twp. where they happily settled in within the past 8 years. “We truly enjoy being able to go hiking, biking, and to the beach at the local metro park. Says Nick. It’s a place where we have been able to provide a sense of belonging, great schools, and the ability to understand the local real estate market close to the office.”  

Nick learned his ability to interact with his clients from his past experiences in the food & restaurant industry. 9 years ago, he decided to take a leap of faith and start his new career actively serving buyers and sellers in his network. Nick stated “I learned helping people with their real estate needs is just like serving people at my restaurant just at a higher level. I like being a part of people’s life changes. At the end of the day this is a people and relationship business. The more conversation you have, the more business you get. People do business with people they like and trust.” 

Recently, Nick joined the Forward Focused team to use his skills in real estate to coach, consult, and train other realtors and business owners. “It’s a different kind of fulfillment,” Nick says. “To help guide people to have not only big businesses but also big lives is truly a gift, and I’m proud to be a part of it” 

About Chantel Hines

Chantel Hines is a highly accomplished real estate broker, renowned for her leadership of a top-producing team in the industry. With a passion for empowering others, she not only excels in her professional endeavors but also advocates for a balanced work-life dynamic. As a devoted mother and wife, she cherishes family time and emphasizes the importance of maintaining harmony between personal and professional aspirations. Her dedication to guiding and mentoring others extends beyond real estate, as she also serves as a trusted business and life coach, helping individuals achieve their goals while savoring the precious moments of life. 

About Tom Lipinski

Tom Lipinski dedicated two decades to the restaurant industry before venturing into his real estate career, culminating in the establishment of the Tom Lipinski Team in 2000 and later as a brokerage owner. 

In 2005, he took a pivotal step by enrolling in the Landmark Forum. Completing the Curriculum for Living, he subsequently became a coach in Landmark’s Self Expression and Leadership Program. 

In 2014 Tom found his calling at Keller Williams Realty (KW). Here, he sought guidance from a seasoned business coach within KW’s coaching arm, MAPS Coaching, igniting his passion for coaching. This experience propelled him into MAP’s formal coaching training, ultimately achieving their Certified Coach designation. 

Tom’s coaching journey took an exciting turn in 2018 when he commenced a coach training program at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Diligently refining his skills, he achieved the esteemed Certified Professional Coach designation in 2019. 

During his iPEC tenure, Tom immersed himself in Core Energy Coaching, a comprehensive training that granted him the conscious ability to expertly control and optimize his energy levels, significantly enhancing the quality of his coaching practice. 

In 2020, he unveiled Everest Life Coaching, marking a significant milestone in his coaching journey. Simultaneously, he remained committed to the real estate industry, effectively leading a team of dedicated professionals while extending his coaching services to real estate agents nationwide. 

In January 2022, Tom embarked on a transformative journey through a Dr. Joe Dispenza Week-Long Advanced Retreat. 

Later in the same year, he underwent NeuroChangeSolutions’ consultant training program. Founded by Dr. Joe, NeuroChangeSolutions acts as the corporate training arm for his neuroscience-based teachings. By January 2023, Tom had successfully completed the program, earning his consultant certification, empowering him to guide businesses using Dr. Joe’s methodology. 

In 2023, Tom further expanded his expertise by gaining certification from HeartMath, enabling him to deliver their Resilience Advantage and Coherence Advantage workshops. 

For Tom, the essence of coaching, consulting, and training lies in the privilege of meeting individuals at their unique journey points, guiding them towards their desired destinations. This profound commitment to empowering others has been the driving force behind Tom’s illustrious career. 

 

About Dani Hohl

Danielle Hohl is the owner-operator of The Hohl Experience real estate team at Keller Williams Chervenic in Ohio where she is also the Director of Education & Growth. She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and was a teacher for 10 years before starting her real estate career. Her passion for teaching and helping others quickly led her down the path of real estate and business coaching. Danielle has a passion for helping new agents have a six figure real estate career while having a healthy work/home life balance. She encompasses the Keller Williams belief system of god, family, then business and encourages every agent to take part in happy culture, not hustle culture. In addition to helping new agents build successful careers, she has a passion for helping team owners implement systems that support all areas of their agents life, not just their real estate careers. When you meet someone new, they usually ask you how many kids you have, where you work, or what you do for a living. She is the coach that asks if you’re happy and if you aren’t happy and living a life full of gratitude and happiness, she works with you on all areas of your life to build a life worth living.
